Captive
For solar power systems of up to 30 kWp, that are connected from the 01.01.2010, the legislation, according to § 33 (2), offers the following future options: the plant carrier can consume their own solar power partially or completely and receives a fixed compensation (2010 = 22.76 Eurocents/ kWh). The unused portion of the generated solar power can be fed into the national grid for the regular compensation rate (beginning of 2010 = 39.14 Eurocents / kWh). The precondition is that the electricity is produced in the immediate vicinity of the carrier or third parties and that the generated amount is simultaneously consumed and the level of consumption is accurately demonstrated.
